Personally, I really don't see the attraction
I'm sure A LOT of my female followers will hate me for this post but it's true, I really don't see the hype with this band. To me, Harry looks like Frankie Cocozza which I find hilarious and all I see when I look at Zayn is the time on The X Factor when he threw a hissy fit over being made to dance!
And although their songs can be quite catchy, I really don't think they deserve all the hype they get. I actually find it a tad crazy at how many people are fawning over them. It's like they could take over the world if they wanted to...

I totally agree - their songs are good but I don't get all the hype!
ReplyDeleteIt's the same with Justin Bieber - he's adorable and his songs are catchy and fun but gosh some younger girls get a bit obsessed (especially on Twitter with the whole 'he's mine - I hate Selena' stuff lol)

ReplyDeleteI have to admit that I do like their songs and I've watched a few interviews they did and I think they're generally likeable as a group.
What I like about them is that they're not the next Jonas Brothers, like they don't fit in with the whole disney persona the way other young artists seem too.
I'm definitely not a directioner though, that's a little too much craziness for me :P
I think they don't really fit in with the Disney persona because they're not American lol! But yeah, I suppose they are likeable enough

DeleteYou know how I feel about them. But with that being said, I get it. Because really, who are they? A few NORMAL TEENAGE BOYS who got lucky. It is literally insane what they have become. They really could take over the world. It's frightening how crazy young girls become when they around them. It's really scary.

They look like such little boys, not men o_o I guess that's how they try to rope little girls into buying all their stuff, haha. Personally I don't really like their music because it's all about pretending they're singing about you, which is rather silly IMO. x)
